Registration for the 2023-24 season is now open!

IMPORTANT: Please carefully read the information below before registering online.

We have special introductory rates for new players and an early bird rate for returning players!

**Full-time goalies in U14 and above, with their own equipment and submit registration and payment by September 15, 2022 will be fully refunded their registration fees at the end of the 2023-24 season

METHODS OF PAYMENT

  • credit card (admin fee will apply)
  • Electronic Money Transfer (sent to “president@deltaringette.ca)
  • Cheque (made payable to “Delta Ringette Association”)

INSTALLMENTS

You may pay  registration fees immediately, or choose to pay in installments. If you choose installments you will be asked to pay $100 at time of registration with the remaining balance being automatically charged in two equal payments on August 1 & September 1. Installments can only be used when method of payment is a credit card.

SIBLING DISCOUNT

Families with 3 or more registered players are eligible for $25 off the 3rd, 4th + players. Please contact registrar@deltaringette.ca if you are registering 3 or more players.

REFUND POLICY:

All refunds are subject to a non-refundable administration fee of $25 that will be deducted from any refund granted.

  • Full Refund: If withdrawing up to and including Sept. 15, 2023
  • 50% Refund: If withdrawing between Sept. 16 and October 15, 2023
  • No Refund: If withdrawing after October 15, 2023

 NSF CHEQUES: A $25 charge will be applied to any NSF returned cheque.

PROOF OF RESIDENCE: Copy of current Fortis BC Gas, BC Hydro, Property Tax or valid Driver’s License

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:

In the case of financial hardship there are programs such as Jumpstart and Kidsport available. These programs require applications well in advance of the season.  Applications must be submitted directly to these organizations, and the process varies. Contact the Registrar if you have questions about the application process.  

VOLUNTEERING:

Delta Ringette Association is run entirely by volunteers and new volunteers are always needed.

Please keep a watch for volunteer opportunities throughout the season. These include volunteering for board positions, helping at tournaments, Come Try Ringette events, coaching, team managers, and other opportunities that arise throughout the season.
